What this website collects, what it doesn't, and where your booking details go. Last updated October 2, 2026.
This site doesn't ask for your personal details
There's no sign-up, newsletter or contact form on this website that sends us your name, email or payment details.
- Booking. When you check availability or book a stay, you leave this site for the lodge's booking engine, run by Cloudbeds. The booking postcard only passes along your dates and the number of guests. Anything you enter there, including your name, contact details and payment, is handled under the booking engine's privacy policy and terms.
- Event inquiries. The postcard on the Weddings & events page writes a text message on your own phone. Nothing is sent until you press send, and the message goes straight to Masood.
- Calls and texts. If you call or text , that happens on your phone, outside this website.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read, so we can make the site more useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and records things like the pages you view, the buttons you tap (such as Book a stay, Call, Text or Directions), your approximate location, your device and browser, and how you arrived, for example from a search or an ad. It doesn't give us your name, and the site never sends it your name, phone number or messages.
When you click through to book, this site passes your Google Analytics visitor and session IDs, along with any campaign tags in the link you arrived on, to the Cloudbeds booking engine. That lets a booking be credited to the search, ad or website that sent you. Those tags are kept in your browser only for the current visit.
Google's use of this information is covered by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser's settings.
Other services this site uses
Fonts load from Google Fonts, the map on the Plan your visit page is a Google Maps embed, and most photos load from Cloudbeds' image servers. Like any website, those services receive your browser's IP address when they send their files.
